[consultcelerity.com] As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across consulting, technical, and utility-focused positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the potential to convert into a long-term role. Position Summary The Recruiter will partner closely with the Senior recruiter, hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This individual will own full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of professional and technical positions across consulting, utility operations, engineering, GIS, and project management functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, technology, consulting, or utility industry talent.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for utility, energy, IT, Technical and Business architecture, engineering, GIS, project management, or consulting organizations.
  • Experience supporting both contract and permanent hiring.
  • Familiarity with California employment practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract to hire and consulting positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate feedback with hiring teams.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Present qualified candidates within established service level expectations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with leadership on recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate closing activities.
