VIVA Railings is looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in finding and hiring exceptional talent across various departments. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates at all levels.
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • A proactive, organized, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Passionate about delivering a great candidate experience and supporting the company’s hiring goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Paycom experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to find the right people for roles across departments like Sales, Engineering, Operations, and more.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, from first contact to offer.
  • Keep candidates and hiring teams updated to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Partner with managers to understand their hiring needs, provide insights on the talent market, and offer recommendations on recruitment strategies.
  • Help craft interview questions and streamline the interview process.
  • Ensure every candidate feels valued, informed, and respected throughout their journey with VIVA Railings.
  • Share our story and culture in a way that excites and engages applicants.
  • Work on college recruiting initiatives, attend networking events, and develop creative approaches to finding top talent for VIVA Railings as we continue to grow.
