About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and understands the importance of meeting hiring goals, recruitment KPIs, and timelines efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with recruitment metrics, KPIs, and hiring goals
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings supporting different hiring managers
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed (must be available 20 days per year minimum for in-person activities, meetings, professional development, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs
  • Post jobs across job boards, social media, and career platforms
  • Source, pre-screen, and manage steps and disposition in real-time
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within Workday/ATS systems
  • Extend offers and counter-offers effectively, and process employment verifications timely
  • Build candidate pipelines for current and future openings
  • Attend and participate in university career fairs, school job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives throughout the year
