Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn, including candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with the interpreting or language services industry, including medical, legal, or community-based interpreting
