We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting activities and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across assigned business functions. The position partners closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes for critical business roles. In addition to recruiting execution, this role contributes to recruiting process improvements, agency management, talent market intelligence, and workforce planning initiatives that support organizational growth. Primary work location is subject to change to Buckhead within the year. The role may require flexibility to work between current (Duluth) and future office (Buckhead) location.

Requirements

High School Diploma / G.E.D. Required
3 – 5 years of direct experience in Human Resources, Recruitment (Required)
Great written and spoken communication skills
Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Demonstrated ability to serve as knowledgeable resource to the executive management team
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

4 – 7 years in Payroll, HRIS (Preferred)
Bilingual: English and Korean (Strongly Preferred)

Responsibilities

Execute facility-level recruiting activities to fulfill approved manpower requirements in partnership with operations leadership
Manage recruiting coordination across HQ recruiting teams and external agencies to ensure timely placement of both permanent and temporary workforce
Own recruiting workflows from requisition intake through hiring closure, ensuring readiness for on-boarding and operational deployment
Administer job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to maintain efficient and consistent hiring processes
Conduct market research and talent mapping activities to support hiring needs across key operational and professional functions
Build relationships with passive candidates and talent communities to strengthen long-term recruiting capabilities
Own and maintain manpower status, headcount reports, vacancy tracking, and organizational charts to provide accurate workforce visibility
Monitor staffing levels and hiring progress against approved workforce plans and operational requirements
Prepare workforce, recruiting, and staffing reports to support business and leadership decision-making
Support workforce planning discussions by providing staffing data, hiring trends, and market insights
Manage candidate submissions, ownership reviews, recruiting activity tracking, and pipeline visibility across sourcing channels

Support recruiting-related projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience
Prepare recruiting metrics and hiring updates for HR and business leadership
Coordinate relationships with external recruiting agencies and support vendor performance tracking
Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide recruiting insights to support business growth
Support onboarding and new hire integration activities for key hires as needed
Perform other talent acquisition and HR-related duties as assigned
