This role involves reviewing resumes, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal teams to identify hiring needs. The Recruiter will also be responsible for posting job descriptions, recommending pay rates, extending offers, and preparing recruitment reports. A key aspect of the role is maintaining communication with new employees to ensure a smooth transition and foster a connected distributed workforce. Additionally, the Recruiter will attend job fairs and other events to promote the organization and its career opportunities.
