MITER Brands is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. This role is focused on building the workforce that powers their manufacturing operations and future. The Recruiter will act as a business partner and trusted advisor to manufacturing leadership, collaborating to shape hiring outcomes. The position supports high-volume frontline hiring, as well as first-line and select operational leadership roles across the manufacturing footprint. The Recruiter will work closely with plant leaders and HR partners to translate business needs into thoughtful, scalable talent strategies, while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, understands manufacturing environments, and brings curiosity and innovation to their work. The Recruiter will leverage market insights, data, and MITER Brands’ employee value proposition to build strong talent pipelines, while continuously evolving how they attract and engage talent. They will also help shape how recruiting gets done, serving as an advocate for modern practices, including the responsible use of agentic and generative AI technologies to enhance speed, quality, and decision-making.
