About The Position

This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and coordinating offers. In addition, the recruiter supports the HR function with a variety of administrative and employee-facing tasks, including team member relations, engagement activities, onboarding support, and general HR documentation and coordination. The recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensures timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process, and maintains accurate records in line with internal processes and policies. The position also contributes to additional HR projects as needed during a leave coverage period.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with online job boards such as Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on providing a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Flexibility to support HR projects and initiatives beyond core recruiting duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers, which will comprise approximately 80–90% of the role.
  • Source hourly candidates primarily through job postings and online platforms such as Indeed, with minimal reliance on career fairs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Provide facility tours to candidates during onsite interviews to help them understand the work environment and culture.
  • Support HR with team member relations by responding to inquiries and helping address routine employee concerns.
  • Assist with engagement activities designed to enhance employee experience and morale.
  • Provide onboarding support for new employees, including coordination of documentation and initial orientation logistics.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and HR records, documentation, and tracking to ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruiting progress.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Assist with general HR documentation and coordination, including file maintenance and process support.
  • Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as needed during the leave coverage period.
