You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates. Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart. Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities. Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Experience handling High Volume sourcing and hiring
- Experience in sourcing through Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other sourcing channels
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Must live in the Phoenix AZ area
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
