About The Position

This is a hybrid Recruiter position located in Phoenix/Glendale, with a contract-to-perm structure. The role operates Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix, AZ area. The focus is on Skilled Trades within the Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Med Device industries. The company aims to change lives one day at a time. A typical day involves team brainstorming for candidate attraction, creative and out-of-the-box thinking for marketing job postings and social media, utilizing people skills and interview techniques to find suitable candidates, and actively building a talent pipeline to impact order fulfillment.

Requirements

Recruiting & staffing experience
3+ years of Recruitment in Skilled Trades - Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Med Device experience
Experience handling High Volume sourcing and hiring
Experience in sourcing through Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other sourcing channels
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
Experience with MS Office
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Must live in the Phoenix, AZ area.
