About The Position

We are looking for a Recruiter (Part-Time Contract), working with the People & Culture (P&C) team, to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for long-term, freelance positions across our core agency tracks in North America. We are a creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what’s trending and creating campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we're proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald’s, Adidas, Universal Studios, and YouTube. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a contract or freelance recruiter managing high-volume candidate outreach in an agency, digital, social or creative ecosystem.
  • Deep reach and a pre-existing contractor roster focused heavily on creative agency tracks (Account Management, Creative, Production, Strategy, and Influencer specialists).
  • The ideal candidate will have both US and Canadian market experience.
  • Strong baseline proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable, along with central tracking spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience recruiting for ad agencies strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with a social agency.

Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into our business to understand the work we do and the caliber of resources and skill sets required to deliver best in class candidates.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the freelance candidate journey, including hosting department briefings, sourcing talent, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and executing final rate negotiations.
  • Contribute to building active pipelines and continuous rosters for freelance placement demands across Account Management, Strategy, Production, Creative & Design, and Influencer tracks.
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date tracking in our centralized resourcing tracker documents to guarantee full team visibility and seamless coverage.
  • Facilitate clean operational handoffs by packaging negotiated rates, availability, and onboarding data to internal operations leads to trigger prompt onboarding protocols via our third party EOR service.

Benefits

  • Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 18 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more!
  • We like to laugh, we live for celeb gossip and we’re great on AUX.
  • You best believe we know how to celebrate our wins. And our losses (it’s how we learn).
  • From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we’re passionate about making a difference.
  • We celebrate diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • We welcome unique voices and talents, especially those not traditionally embraced by advertising.
  • We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on age, colour, ability, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.
  • We pride ourselves on our inclusive and accessible workplace.
  • If you need any accommodations during the interview process to make it work for you, let us know.
