About The Position

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Recruiter, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

Requirements

18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.

Nice To Haves

Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Recruiting – phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
Assist with new hire training and orientation.
Participate in hiring events.
Maintain personnel files.
Conduct various HR / Administrative duties.
District Manager support.
