A Recruiter is an entry-level position within Contractor Solutions' HR department, primarily responsible for supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, scheduling candidate meetings with hiring managers, and managing candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), all while learning the full recruitment cycle under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition Manager. Key tasks include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, coordinating with hiring teams to understand their needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is a part-time position requiring an on-site presence several days per week at our Houston Spenwick facility, with the potential for limited remote flexibility in the future. Contractor Solutions is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team in a part-time capacity.
