About The Position
Any Hour Group is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! With 22 brands across the country, we support teams in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services industries. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping great candidates find their next opportunity.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume positions is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and hiring events.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience and regular hiring updates to leadership.
