About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to specialize in supporting a key client's business needs. This role involves understanding talent, helping others develop, and connecting their skills to meaningful work. The Recruiter will utilize strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a hybrid W2 contract position with occasional travel to the client in St. Louis, MO. The core challenge is to put people to work by connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities, building relationships with candidates and clients, achieving performance goals, and becoming an expert in the field of recruitment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in the Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of recruiting data within the St Louis area
  • Ability to have consultative conversations with hiring managers
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client.
  • Executes full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients.
  • Leverages knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills, and knowledge to effectively market, screen, and present candidates for opportunities.
  • Improves the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and builds a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
  • Exceeds client expectations and expands sphere of influence within the client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
  • Efficiently and accurately screens and assesses candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
  • Removes barriers and ensures candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
  • Drives client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Positions themselves as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing knowledge of in-demand skills and advising candidates and clients through various platforms.
  • Understands and educates clients on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
  • Creates profitable growth by hitting performance targets and putting more people to work.
  • Builds loyalty and delivers top-notch service leading to strong client and candidate satisfaction ratings.
