About The Position

As Jacksonville's only locally governed, faith-based, not-for-profit health system, we offer a full spectrum of care through 200+ locations and six hospitals, including centers of excellence like Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute, and Wolfson Children's Hospital. We are hiring a full-time Recruiter to develop strategic recruitment plans, interview, test, and refer applicants for various positions across the health system.
Requirements
- Associate Degree required
- Over 10 years Recruitment experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic recruitment plan to fill current and future needs for the Health System.
- Interview, test, and refer applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative and professional positions throughout the system.
