The purpose of the Recruiter role is to attract and manage a portfolio of in-demand talent and connect their skills to clients within the assigned Market. Drives all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Healthcare IT Recruiting Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build a strong talent community and pipeline of in-demand talent through personal and digital networking
  • Manage client orders, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded
  • Coordinate candidate placement
  • Source, screen and interview candidates
  • Schedule, prepare for, and participate in Job Launch and Interview Prep calls
  • Tracking current consultants’ impending end dates, marketing MyPath as appropriate and leveraging other development opportunities to make their next opportunity with Experis one that will fit with their larger career aspirations, thereby building their loyalty to Experis while creating the talent we need tomorrow.
  • Influence and advise clients on their talent needs and recruitment strategy by leveraging knowledge of market and rate intelligence.
  • Apply knowledge of industry and talent base to exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio. Build loyalty and expand opportunities for generating revenue.
  • Consult with clients on talent challenges and educate on impact of market or workforce trends on their business
  • Assess candidate motivations and aspirations and entice them to consider and accept job opportunities. Ensure client and candidate satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates
  • Scheduling, preparing for, and participating in Job Launch and Interview Prep calls
  • Remarketing consultants as assignment duration nears its end
  • Other accountabilities as assigned
