Responsible for delivering paraprofessional mental health care under direct supervision. This role involves facilitating therapeutic group processes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assisting clients in structuring their lives therapeutically, and implementing interventions based on master treatment plans. The specialist will also perform basic medical tasks, assist clients with daily living activities, and may transport and supervise clients for appointments and activities. The position requires applying effective communication techniques, identifying thought patterns and behaviors associated with psychiatric diagnoses, and providing support to clients' family members.
