About The Position

The Recruiter reports to the Recruitment Management and/or Project Management team and plays a key role in sourcing respondents for consumer, healthcare, and B2B research studies locally and nationwide.

Requirements

  • Windows-based PC (Windows 11+) or Mac with MS compatibility — Chromebooks not compatible
  • Reliable high-speed internet and consistent phone service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit respondents meeting qualifying criteria per the client screening instrument, algorithm, and/or typing tool
  • Recruit "outside of the box (FMP)," including cold calling and creative solutions to overcome recruitment barriers
  • Update participant database information and complete data entry across system platforms, Excel, and shared files
  • Schedule and conduct confirmation follow-ups with qualified recruits leading up to study dates
  • Collect required verification paperwork via secured access
  • Maintain daily communication with partnering PM(s) and/or Project Associates
  • Attend cross-departmental continuing education as provided by L&E Research and/or Recruitment Management
