About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter (Contract) to support hiring efforts across Sales and Sales Support functions in a fast-paced electronics distribution, manufacturing, or related technical industry environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to operate successfully in a metrics-driven environment. Experience recruiting for inside sales, outside sales, business development, customer service, sales operations, and other commercial support roles is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting sales and sales support roles.
  • Experience recruiting within the electronics distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, technology, or similar commercial environment.
  • Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client service skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and sales support positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Recruit for roles such as: Account Managers, Territory Sales Representatives, Business Development Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, Sales Operations Specialists, Sales Support Coordinators, Commercial Analysts and other related positions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
  • Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness and customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Effectively assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Manage requisition workload while meeting established recruiting metrics and service-level expectations.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics including: Time-to-fill, Candidate pipeline activity, Interview-to-offer ratios, Offer acceptance rates, Hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Paycom.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
