Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in executive search, agency recruiting, or sales-focused headhunting.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent.
  • Experience recruiting B2B sales professionals is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior sales leaders and top performers.
  • Comfortable conducting high levels of outreach and relationship building through phone, video, and digital channels.
  • Thrives in a metrics-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, discipline, and personal accountability.
  • A commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and helping others achieve their highest potential.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake through placement.
  • Partner with Account Managers to execute retained search engagements.
  • Identify, engage, and attract top-performing B2B sales professionals across North America.
  • Build and cultivate deep talent pipelines through proactive headhunting, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Conduct thoughtful and consultative candidate conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fit.
  • Deliver highly qualified candidate shortlists aligned with client expectations and Peak standards.
  • Execute each engagement utilizing Peak's proven search methodology.
  • Develop long-term relationships with sales professionals built on trust and credibility.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the search process.
  • Represent the Peak brand with integrity and excellence in every interaction.
  • Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline, and placement objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and disciplined data management within Salesforce.
  • Effectively manage multiple search engagements without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate Peak's purpose and values in all aspects of your work.
