About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also handle exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role requires the ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines under immediate supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or specialty.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in recruiting.
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in high volume sourcing and recruiting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Technical recruiting skills.
  • Background in operational administrative duties is beneficial.
