About The Position
This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members in the Pacific Northwest Market. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred. As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
Requirements
- High-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience in sourcing and attracting talent.
- Experience managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.
