About The Position

Epitec is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join its Sales & Recruiting team. The role offers an opportunity to develop a career in sales and recruiting by connecting candidates with employment opportunities. It is a hybrid position requiring time onsite at client locations.

The Recruiter sources and evaluates candidates, matches them to job requirements, and works with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews. The role also involves presenting opportunities and compensation packages, maintaining a candidate pipeline, developing industry knowledge, providing excellent service, generating referrals, and contributing to a productive, inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, sales, or business, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in developing a career in sales.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Call, screen, and interview candidates to understand their experience and strengths.
• Match qualified candidates with position requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Present employment opportunities and discuss compensation packages with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Develop industry knowledge, provide excellent service, and generate referrals.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a productive, inclusive environment.
