Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The position also includes contract management, vendor negotiation, and coordinating with field management and advertising agencies for job postings. The Recruiter will interview and select employees, coach management on hiring techniques, and direct the employment requisition process. Responsibilities also include phone screening and interviewing candidates, researching recruitment solutions, implementing staffing strategies for a diverse candidate pool, and ensuring hiring manager preparedness. The role involves assisting in offer negotiations, proposing improvements to recruitment efforts, evaluating recruitment costs, and ensuring compliance with EEO and federal/state regulations.
