About The Position

The Job Recruiter will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. The recruiter’s role will contribute significantly to the hiring process, ensuring that interviews are structured, fair, and aligned with the company’s values and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of human resources or related experience required.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, create interview questions, and identify key qualifications for open positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, reference checks, and candidate counseling throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, advertising strategies, interview scheduling, job fairs, networking events, and candidate outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather interview feedback, assess candidate fit, and support hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process and positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics, labor market trends, compensation data, and candidate availability to support effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO requirements, employment laws, and organizational hiring policies while performing other related duties as assigned.
