This is an in-office role, 5 days per week in our San Francisco office. The Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting for all SF-based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives. This role involves driving full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions. The Recruiter will proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines in competitive West Coast markets, run rigorous calibration and closing processes, including navigating complex compensation and equity conversations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while elevating Merge’s brand in SF. Additionally, the role requires using recruiting data and insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency, and partnering cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling.
