We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, guiding them through a client-specific hiring process from initial outreach through to hire. Requirements

  • Prior experience as a recruiter or hiring manager — high-volume hiring experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong follow-up habits and a proactive, take-initiative mindset
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt when things don't go as planned
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for candidate calls
  • Availability to commit to 20+ hours per week on a consistent schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JazzHR and behavioral-based interviewing techniques are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contact and interview candidates at scheduled times — punctuality and professionalism are a must
  • Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Guide candidates through the full hiring process, which varies by client
  • Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up with candidates throughout each stage
  • Problem-solve quickly when scheduling conflicts, candidate concerns, or process changes arise
  • Accurately track candidate progress and update records in a timely manner
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to final decision
