About The Position
This is a high-volume role that will support hiring primarily janitorial team members for ABM's PA Market. As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
Requirements
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.
