Requirements

  • Must be proactive, organized, and comfortable holding people to high standards.
  • Ability to conduct structured phone screenings with a focus on identifying high-potential candidates
  • Proven track record of maintaining and managing hiring pipelines efficiently
  • Strong understanding of performance-based candidate qualification
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and build relationships with potential candidates
