About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in recruitment tools, and a solid understanding of employment laws. Experience in the manufacturing semiconductor industry is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience
  • Manufacturing Semiconductor industry experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Agency Experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Proactively source and engage with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their status in the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, both domestically and internationally.
