Requirements
- 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and hiring best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organization, time management, and decision-making skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in high-volume or retail recruiting preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience that fosters engagement starting throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and staffing goals.
- Provide insights on labor market trends, candidate quality, and hiring strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and support selection and hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, employment laws, and hiring regulations.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, hires, etc.).
- Manage offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
- Represent Goodwill at job fairs, hiring events, and community partnerships.
- Develop relationships with workforce agencies, nonprofits, and local talent pipelines.
- Promote employer brand through outreach and networking.
