As a key player in full-cycle recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt roles, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and the EX team to meet our staffing goals and support our business needs. Work Location: This role is listed as hybrid; however, day-to-day work is primarily remote. In-office presence is infrequent and typically limited to occasional team meetings or collaboration days. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate setting, recruiting for non-exempt and exempt roles
Experience creating and implementing unique sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, Workday preferred
Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process from beginning to end, including: defining the recruitment strategy for assigned roles, maintaining requisitions from open to close, building the talent pool, and candidate offers
Interview qualified candidates and coordinate the interview process for hiring managers
Responsible for the full utilization and maintenance of Workday (ATS) including posting of positions, maintaining candidate flow, and closing of requisitions
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are consistently applied and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
Develop a strategy in support of talent acquisition and build relationships with business leadership and EX to align talent pipelines needs
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and EX partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment process
Research, recommend, and implement creative recruitment techniques. May include: passive candidate recruitment, internet advertising, cold calling, internal referrals, and various social media outlets
Maintain records and files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Create and utilize ATS reports and recruitment metrics on an on-going basis to identify trends and make recommendations for overall process improvements
