About The Position

The Recruiter leads full-cycle, national recruitment efforts across all company brands and business lines, including corporate operations, extended-stay properties, and restaurant concepts. This role supports high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives ranging from entry-level team members to executive and C-suite leadership. This position plays a critical role in driving organizational growth by developing proactive sourcing strategies, optimizing recruitment workflows, leveraging AI tools, strengthening community partnerships, and aligning hiring initiatives with operational and executive leadership objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of progressive recruiting experience; multi-site hospitality, restaurant, retail, property management, or multi-family experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting nationally across multiple job functions and levels, including executive leadership
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom preferred)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting processes
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and compensation benchmarking
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to provide professional reports and updates
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Maintain professional appearance in accordance with company standards
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to travel on occasion, both locally and out of state, with advance notice
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, property-level, restaurant, and executive roles across multiple brands, creating and managing unique, brand-specific recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Recruit nationally across all U.S. time zones, managing both high-volume and specialized searches
  • Source and hire across diverse functions including information technology, facilities, construction, finance and accounting, sales, operations, marketing/creative, property management, and restaurant operations
  • Partner with department heads and executive leadership to align hiring strategies with short- and long-term organizational goals
  • Develop market-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies to support new openings and growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support workforce planning
  • Actively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, and working with community partners
  • Manage job postings, vendor relationships, and external recruitment tools
  • Leverage AI technology, including LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, to enhance sourcing, screening, communication, and workflow efficiency
  • Develop and optimize recruitment workflows within Paycom ATS to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Manage requisitions, track candidate activity, provide weekly reports to hiring managers, and ensure accurate documentation within ATS systems
  • Conduct position intake meetings with hiring managers for critical roles, then performing behavioral and skills-based pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural alignment, and brand fit before sharing top candidates.
  • Ensure all requisitions receive sufficient application volume; partner with local hiring managers to strategize on ways to generate additional interest if needed
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and selection process
  • Provide structured feedback and ensure consistent hiring standards
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure successful new hire integration, including putting together formal offer letters.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, turnover, pipeline activity, and workforce trends
  • Conduct and present salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Update compensation compendiums and provide market insights to executive leadership
  • Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers focused on standardized procedures and best practices
  • Assist in designing and supporting internship program curriculum and workforce development initiatives
  • Serve as a brand ambassador across all markets
  • Establish partnerships with universities, including UNLV, workforce centers, and community organizations in all markets/states we operate in.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to expand candidate pipelines
  • Strengthen the company’s employment brand presence regionally and nationally
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Maintain consistent, ethical, and compliant recruiting practices
  • Support special projects and additional HR initiatives as assigned
