PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. Office Admin/Recruiter will: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Conduct initial candidate interviews and reference checks. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Represent the company at job fairs and networking events as needed. Support management with general administrative tasks and special projects.
