About The Position

Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit agency committed to providing services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care. High-volume full-cycle recruitment! Must be available to be on site two days a week

Requirements

  • B.A. in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Must have two-three years’ of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Must have experience with healthcare recruiting.
  • Must have experience with applicant tracking systems, Paylocity experience highly desired.
  • Must have strong computer skills, such as M.S. Word, MS Excel, and general database systems.
  • Must have the demonstrated ability to multi-task and function in a high-paced environment, positive “can do” attitude, the ability to think creatively, and strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish job postings on the applicant tracking systems and other external platforms.
  • Source potential candidates and generate a pipeline through social media and other recruitment sites.
  • Schedule in person Interviews with administrators and managers and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Administer STOFLHA test’s to scheduled interviewee’s once a week.
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to become familiar with departmental needs.
  • Attend and assist with coordination of new hire orientation.
  • Monitor background screening processes for all applicants and employees, as required.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find prospective employees.
  • Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Work with senior managers and administrators to make sure job descriptions are up to date.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Serve on agency committees as assigned.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
