We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from direct sourcing to offer delivery, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Typically, ten plus years of experience hiring technical talent by sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates.
Experience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment team.
Experience sourcing candidates and advanced level ability to leverage candidate databases, such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience with MS Office applications.
Beginner level ability to leverage candidate databases such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events.
Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role they are interested in.
Ensure candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process.
Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Act as an internal advocate for candidates by preparing offer recommendations that align with business requirements and deliver approved offers to candidates for consideration.
Maintain a professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
