About The Position

Windsor Laurelwood is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruiter. In this fast paced role, you will coordinate the recruitment functions including posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, and conducting in-person and phone interviews. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding process ensuring all candidates have completed necessary tasks prior to beginning employment. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
