About The Position

Originally established in 1898, Windsor Laurelwood has served the community for over 125 years, providing high-quality behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services to adults, adolescents, and children. Windsor Laurelwood is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruiter. In this fast paced role, you will coordinate the recruitment functions including posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, and conducting in-person and phone interviews. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding process ensuring all candidates have completed necessary tasks prior to beginning employment. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred.
