As an Operations Recruiter , you’ll be the go-to person for finding and hiring the behind-the-scenes rockstars who keep our firm moving - from administrative and intake teams to finance, IT, HR, and business operations. You’ll own the recruiting process end to end, partner closely with leaders across the firm, and help build the teams that support one of the most powerful PI practices in the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment
  • Experience recruiting operations, administrative, or business services roles
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and business services positions, from req opening through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and staffing needs
  • Develop and post job descriptions across external job boards
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with finance and firm leadership
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and source effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies throughout the hiring process
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows and best practices
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and confidential candidate experience
