The Recruiter is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive strategies for marketing the Company’s brand and addressing the unique staffing challenges of the company. Leads candidates seamlessly through the end-to-end interview process: telling our story, setting expectations, providing feedback, and collaborating with hiring managers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum four years of recruiting experience, with seven years preferred.
  • Minimum four years of experience using applicant tracking systems required.
  • Minimum three years of talent sourcing experience using advanced proactive outreach, candidate mining, cold calling, third-party resume banks, competitor mapping, boolean searches, social media, blogs, alumni groups, conference attendee lists, required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to key responsibilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship management, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Discretion and independent judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to implement process improvement changes.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a requisition workload of 20-50 positions, conducting end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, job postings, networking, and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, pre-screen resumes, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Provide organization information, opportunities, benefits, make presentations, and maintain rapport.
  • Implement creative recruiting strategies to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Obtain and review applications, addressing any concerns related to the information provided, and upload applications within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency by adopting standards and tools that accelerate the recruiting process.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources department, and hiring managers to ensure a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Participate in weekly Talent Acquisition team meetings and regular one-on-one meetings with the Director of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Supervisor.
