About The Position

The Recruiter supports the organization’s talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needs. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through offer acceptance, and focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions effectively . Accepting applications through April 15, 2026. Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments, including phone and virtual interviews, to evaluate qualifications and fit. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and facilitating next steps. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in creating and posting job descriptions. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer coordination. Promote the company’s employer brand to attract quality candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Maintain accurate and complete applicant and job records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and practices. Assist with recruitment-related initiatives, programs, and process improvements. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training required .
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, including candidate assessment, interview techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of positions across different industries or sectors, preferred.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and their application in recruitment , preferred.
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) , preferred.
