This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to offers. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health recruiting and strong negotiation skills.

Requirements

Skilled recruiting experience in Behavioral Health
Strong negotiation skills to leverage competitive offers
Understanding of employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning processes

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
Manage the placement of candidates for 5-10 requisitions at a time
Work on projects with short timelines
Adhere to productivity demands
Team with recruiter(s) to manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, interviewing to offers
Salary negotiations and review of employment terms with selected candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
