A growing ABA company is seeking a Recruiter to source and engage BCBA and RBT talent. This is an ideal entry point for someone proactive and organized who wants to build a career in recruitment while playing a key role in growing the company's clinical team.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and engage potential BCBA and RBT candidates
• Use job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified talent
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding
• Work with the HR team and management to understand recruitment needs
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment efforts
