Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in accounting or professional services
- Ability to commute to Chicago, Downers Grove, and Deerfield offices as needed
- Proven ability to source candidates from LinkedIn, ATS, and networking
- Experience building and managing large candidate pipelines
- Ability to apply judgment in hiring recommendations
- Understanding of hiring best practices and Illinois state laws impacting HR
- Excellent communication skills & time management skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for bringing in top talent!

Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for the Audit department and various departments as needed
- Enhance company’s growth by strategically hiring top talent
- Act as a direct point of contact for hiring managers
- Actively source candidates for open roles and review incoming applications from postings
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidates’ qualifications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future openings
- Negotiate compensation and start dates
- Work with managers to update job descriptions when needed
- Develop an expertise in Miller Cooper’s departments and specialties to better assess candidate’s qualifications
