Requirements

  • Recruiting experience focused on Professional roles.
  • Experience building a pipeline of candidates through a variety of sources.
  • Experience researching and building call lists to make direct cold calls.
  • Experience identifying qualified candidates through resume screening and phone interviews.
  • Experience maintaining ongoing communication with hiring managers.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Experience determining and managing key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
  • Experience working with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
  • Experience with resume screening, distribution, and tracking.
  • Experience conducting phone interviews and recommending next steps to managers.
  • Experience following up on interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience extending offers and closing candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of candidates through a variety of sources.
  • Research and build call lists to make direct cold calls for proactive recruiting of A-level candidates.
  • Identify qualified candidates through resume screening and phone interviews, and refer only those qualified to managers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing and selection process.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
  • Determine and manage key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
  • Resume screening, distribution, and tracking.
  • Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to manager.
  • Closely follow-up on interview with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Extend offers and close candidates.
