About The Position

Oklahoma Christian University is seeking a recruiter for the Honors Summer Academy and Honors Global Academy. The HSA/HGA Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of high school students into both the HSA and HGA programs. The position is for September 8, 2026 – May 28, 2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with current communication and data management technologies, with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and systems.
• Demonstrated experience in general office administration and coordination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, students, and external constituents.
• Must be an active member of a local Church.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and promoting the Honors Summer Academy (HSA) and Honors Global Academy (HGA) to prospective students.
• Coordinate application materials by receiving, organizing, reviewing, updating, and following up on missing information.
• Communicate with applicants regarding application status and admission decisions in coordination with the HSA Director and Study Abroad Office, including acceptance and rejection notifications.
• Possible availability for registration and Welcome Dinner at HSA (Sunday, July 11).
