About The Position

Rise Collective is seeking a Recruiter to support its hiring growth as it scales the brands and companies within the collective. The Recruiter will work closely with the Internal Recruiter to source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles. The priority is finding the right candidates, emphasizing attention to detail, depth of screening, and awareness of red flags. The role involves using an ATS (Pinpoint), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates through resumes, applications, and interviews. The company is looking for someone who can discern the subtle differences between a great candidate and a mis-hire. The role offers direct 1-on-1 mentorship and daily training from an experienced Internal Recruiter who has managed over 500 hires across diverse industries.

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English
  • Living and resident in Central or South America
  • 2-3+ years experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing tool
  • Advanced experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter boolean search & search filters
  • Hired candidates in the following niches: Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, Hotel/Property Management, High-Ticket Info Product, Digital Marketing
  • 2-3+ years experience conducting in-depth interviews (30-45mins+) going into skillset, culture fit, and logistical fit
  • Strong awareness of a range of red flags candidates could present (overt & covert)
  • Ability to conduct a full interview without a script/question bank
  • Ability to write quality, comprehensive notes live during an interview
  • Structured critical thinking process
  • High level of awareness
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional (good call environment, attire, communication style)
  • Excellent communication (responsive, time sensitive, knows Prioritisation: Clear thought process behind what’s important vs. urgent)

Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
  • Structure effective Boolean searches
  • Review candidate LinkedIn profiles for suitability
  • Message prospective candidates with compelling copy
  • Post Jobs in our ATS (Pinpoint)
  • Post Jobs on social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Drive application submissions through messages (inbound/outbound)
  • Outbound dial to prospective realtors (Zillow/Aloware)
  • Building and maintain referral networks
  • Review candidate application forms
  • Review candidate resumes
  • Review candidate project submissions
  • Interview screening
  • Kick-Off Document Creation
  • Job Description Creation
  • Sending additional RFIs (requests for information)
  • Creating Talent Pools for candidates on a “live bench”
  • Organising the ATS
  • Tagging candidates that have overlapping experience with other roles we hire for
  • Tagging candidates with state/location for future location-specific requisitions
  • Drafting offer letters
  • KPI Tracking
  • Attending coaching/training sessions
  • End of day/month reporting
