About The Position

Native Pest Management is seeking a charismatic and professional Recruiter VA to join their growing team. This role will collaborate with leadership and HR to source, screen, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and effectively represent the company culture and career opportunities. This position involves a high volume of applicant communication and interviews via Zoom, Google Meet, and/or Calendly. The Recruiter VA will also support the HR department with additional duties as needed. This is a full-time, remote position.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to connect easily with people is key
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and interviews daily
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM)
  • Strong high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Good microphone
  • Good camera
  • Organized and professional work-from-home setup
  • Exceptional English language proficiency, including clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills
  • Must submit a 2–3 minute video recording (or video link) speaking in English
  • Must submit a resume or portfolio and a brief cover message
  • Must be willing to participate in an interview
  • Must complete any required documentation within two (2) weeks of the start date

Nice To Haves

  • Previous recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition experience is preferred
  • Experience using Zoom, Google Calendar, and/or Calendly is preferred
  • BambooHR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles (from job posting to offer stage)
  • Screen and vet applicants through phone and video
  • Schedule and conduct back-to-back interviews using Zoom, Google Meet, and/or Calendly
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs
  • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner to all candidates
  • Create an engaging, welcoming experience for applicants throughout the process
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers (as needed) and ensure a smooth candidate journey
  • Assist with miscellaneous HR matters such as onboarding, documentation, and administrative support as needed
