About The Position
Apelah, Inc., a Mississippi-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking a compassionate candidate to join its Specialized Foster Care team as a Recruiter/Trainer Supervisor. This full-time position will oversee Recruiter Trainer staff who assist in the selection and pre-service training of all foster family applicants. Some of the duties of the Recruiter/Trainer Supervisor include understanding recruitment and stakeholder requirements for licensure of foster homes and ensuring foster home compliance. Apelah provides homes of refuge and healing to special needs foster children.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a human services related field from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) years case management experience in a human services field.

- Masters degree preferred.
Responsibilities
