Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
A positive and professional outlook
Great work ethic and proven record of dependability
Ability to create reports and manipulate data as needed
Good organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a high level of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping confidential information

Responsibilities

Source candidates and complete initial screening
Develop and update job descriptions using Paycom, other recruiting programs and social media.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Complete hiring process
Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including constant engagement from offer acceptance through hire date.
Prepare, organize, and lead orientation class
Track employee referrals and /or sign on bonus to ensure they are paid accurately
Work closely with employees and candidates, providing them with WOW service while building a good relationship.
Process and maintain personnel files
Ensure new-hire checklists are completed on time and in compliance with federal laws
Other duties as needed
